Sugar
Sugar is the main culprit. There are so many foods that contain sugar.

Fruit
Fruit contain natural sugars that are thought to support the growth of yeast. Fruit that are typically on the list to avoid include fresh, frozen, canned, and dried fruit and juice. Some fresh fruits are allowed.

Avoid Foods containing gluten like barley, wheat bread and pasta.
Vinegar
To be avoided. This includes all types of vinegar, such s red wine vinegar, white vinegar ,rice vinegar, and balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar.
